By submitting your manuscript or proposal to Stanzaleaf Publication, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Authors retain full copyright of their work.

• By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Stanzaleaf Publication the right to print, distribute, and market the book (non-exclusive license).

• Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy and originality of their content.

Manuscript Submission and Review

• Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc/.docx format along with a cover letter or synopsis if needed.

• Submissions undergo editorial review. Acceptance is not guaranteed.

• Stanzaleaf reserves the right to accept, reject, or suggest revisions.

Responsibilities of the Author

• The author confirms that the submitted work does not violate any copyrights or intellectual property rights.

• The author agrees to respond to editorial queries and submit necessary documentation as required.

Confidentiality

• All submitted content is treated as confidential.

• Author data and manuscript files will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission.

Marketing and Distribution

• Depending on the chosen package, we facilitate distribution via:

  • Stanzaleaf store

  • Amazon (Kindle + Paperback)

  • Flipkart

  • In-house bookstore and partner networks

Marketing is done through organic and paid channels including social media, author interviews, and online banners.

Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: 10–12 working days depending on the service package.

• Any delay due to author non-responsiveness or external factors will be communicated promptly.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All legal matters and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.

• Any breach of agreement or fraudulent behavior will be subject to legal action.
