Plagiarism Policy

Stanzaleaf Publication is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and originality in all its publications. We strongly condemn plagiarism in any form and adopt a zero-tolerance policy against it.

Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying content (text, data, tables, figures) without proper attribution.

  • Paraphrasing someone else's work without credit.

  • Submitting previously published material as new without permission or citation.

  • Falsifying authorship or contributing authors.

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must ensure their work is original and unpublished.

  • A plagiarism check report from a trusted tool (Turnitin, Grammarly, Urkund, etc.) must be submitted. Acceptable similarity index is below 25%.

  • Authors must cite all sources appropriately and acknowledge any reused material.

Actions Against Plagiarism

  • Manuscripts found to contain plagiarised content will be immediately rejected.

  • If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the publication will be retracted, and a public notice may be issued.

  • Authors involved may be blacklisted from future publications with Stanzaleaf.
